Future Talent Forum 2026
Governing the Digital Future
Europe’s competitiveness in the digital age will depend on whether it succeeds in promoting talent, driving technological innovation and strengthening cooperation between universities, business and politics in a targeted manner.
This is precisely where the Future Talent Forum 2026 comes in: It brings together leading voices from science, industry and the public sector to discuss perspectives on Europe’s digital future and develop joint approaches for action.
Organized by the Scheer School of Digital Sciences together with the Future Talent Council, the forum is dedicated to key issues relating to industrial AI, digital transformation, future skills and the responsible governance of AI.
Keynote speeches, expert panels and in-depth discussions create space for strategic exchange, new partnerships
and concrete impetus for shaping a sustainable digital society. The focus will be on
data-driven innovations in industry, new skills profiles for the digital economy and the question of
how universities, companies and political decision-makers can work even more closely together.
