Dr. Caroline Collet holds a doctorate in linguistics and is an expert in digital transformation, strategic communication and skills development. In her doctorate, she researched data-driven learning and the promotion of digital, communicative and intercultural skills in education. As a certified change manager, she supports digitalization and transformation processes in administration at the University of Hamburg. Her focus is on change communication, cultural change and the development of digital skills to effectively support employees during change. Previously, she was Head of Communications at Didactic Innovations GmbH and worked as a spokesperson and speaker in the political arena and in the German Bundestag. She has also been a lecturer at various universities for several years, including the University of Hamburg, Saarland University and Trier University of Applied Sciences.
