Learner Data Agreement
I have been informed by the Scheer School of Digital Science at Saarland University gGmbH, Innovation Center, Building A2 1, 66123 Saarbrücken, Germany, about the following points:
- I am participating in a training and continuing education program at Scheer School at my own request.
As part of this participation, it is necessary that personal data about me be processed, in particular:
- Last name, first name
postal address
electronic contact details
date of birth
Professional training and career
technical knowledge
The legal basis for this processing of personal data by Scheer School is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. According to this provision, Scheer School is permitted to process personal data if the data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party. Scheer School must process the aforementioned personal data in order to organize, manage, and implement my proper participation in the certificate program. 2. I hereby consent to the above data being transferred to Scheer School so that it can process the data for the purpose described above of participating in the training and continuing education program.
3. I have been informed that the declaration of consent can be revoked in whole or in part at any time with effect for the future. If no revocation is made, this declaration of consent is valid indefinitely. The revocation can be made in writing or by e-mail and must be sent to the following address or e-mail address: datenschutz@scheer-school.com. If I revoke the declaration of consent, I have been advised that in this case it may be necessary for me to provide Scheer School directly with the relevant personal data that it requires for the organization, administration, and implementation of the training and continuing education program in order to ensure my continued participation.
