Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Thomas Bartscher is Professor of Human Resource Management, Innovation and Transformation Management, and Digitalization & Work 4.0 at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, where he has been teaching since 1998 and served as Vice President from 2000 to 2012. He is the academic director of the Institute for Work & Digitalization (I:AD) and focuses in his research, teaching, and consulting on the challenges of the digital working world. In addition to numerous academic publications, he is active as a speaker, reviewer, and consultant for companies and institutions.
