PD Dr. Dorota Reis is head of the Applied Statistical Modeling research group at Saarland University. Her research is at the interface of occupational health psychology, psychometrics and the modeling of intensive longitudinal data. She has received several teaching awards for her outstanding teaching. In several DFG-funded projects, she is investigating the dynamics of the accumulation and chronification of stress as well as flexible regulatory strategies in everyday working life. She combines her methodological expertise with a strong focus on application and interdisciplinary collaboration.
