Prof. Dr. Janet Weßler is a psychologist, scientist and salary negotiation coach. After working as a postdoctoral researcher at Saarland University and as a senior researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, she is now the founder of Negotiate! and supports mothers in management positions in particular on their way to greater self-confidence and a fair salary. Her research focuses on nonverbal imitation and synchronization in interactions such as negotiations, job interviews, and psychotherapy sessions. As a lecturer and trainer, she shares her expertise in negotiation techniques, conflict management, and mediation with universities, organizations, and companies.
