Eric Grosse is Junior Professor for Digital Transformation in Operations Management at Saarland University. He develops human-centered approaches for digital transformation in production and logistics. At the Center for Digital Transformation (CeDiT), he heads the BMWK-funded Changebot project, in which an AI-supported chatbot is being researched to support employees in change processes. Eric Grosse is Editor-in-Chief of Operations Management Research, Vice-Chair of the IFAC Technical Committee 5.2 and, according to WirtschaftsWoche, is one of the most research-intensive business administration academics under 40 in the German-speaking world. Prior to his appointment, he worked for several years in research and teaching at TU Darmstadt.
