Michael C. Bauer is a scientist, lecturer and business coach with over 15 years of leadership experience in international companies. In his research at Saarland University at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Digital Transformation, he investigates how human factors – especially coaching – influence the success of digital transformation processes. As a certified business and resilience coach (WBCA, persolog), he supports managers and high performers in developing their full potential and shaping sustainable change. Michael is a member of the German Coaching Association (DBVC) and is actively involved in the “Future of Coaching” think tank. He is also part of the coaching pool at the University of St. Gallen and the Würzburg Business Coach Academy.
