Joachim Albrech is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at abat+ GmbH in Sankt Ingbert. Since 2018, he has been supporting teams and organizations in the introduction and further development of agile methods and supporting sustainable transformation processes. Previously, he was Managing Director of the TAURUSpro Institute at the University of Trier for over 20 years. In this role, he was responsible for a large number of process support projects, studies and expert reports. With his many years of management experience and his current expertise in the agile environment, Joachim Albrech combines entrepreneurial thinking with modern team and organizational development.
