Katja Königstein has been supporting organizations, teams and people on their way to a sustainable working world for over 30 years. As a graduate geographer and systemic organizational constellator, she combines interdisciplinary thinking with sustainable change. After many years working in the field of sustainable management at the University of Trier, she has been putting her knowledge into practice as a freelance consultant and trainer since 2009. Her current focus is on generative AI, future skills, virtual collaboration and deep work. With practical relevance and courage, she promotes sustainable work cultures – digital, networked and sustainable.
