Carsten Schläwe is a partner and tax consultant at Forvis Mazars with over 30 years of professional experience. As Co-Head of the French Desk in Germany, he supports international clients on a daily basis and promotes cooperation in Franco-German projects. In addition to his expertise in tax consulting and accounting, he is passionate about intercultural management and leadership. In his role as a French foreign trade consultant (CCEF), he is committed to strengthening economic relations between Germany and France. He is also a member of the University Council of the Franco-German University and regularly works as a mentor – with the aim of inspiring young talent and building bridges between cultures and generations.
