Dr. Janet Weßler is a psychologist, researcher, and salary negotiation coach. After completing a postdoctoral position at Saarland University and working as a senior researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, she founded Negotiate! where she now helps mothers in leadership roles build confidence and secure fair compensation. Her research focuses on nonverbal imitation and synchronization in interactions such as negotiations, job interviews, and psychotherapy sessions. As a lecturer and trainer, she shares her expertise in negotiation techniques, conflict management, and mediation with universities, organizations, and companies.
